Vancouver Hillel Annual Student Awards
Vancouver Hillel recognizes excellence in student leadership annually through the presentation of prestigious awards endowed by community partners. These awards are presented at an end-of-year gala celebration where recipients are celebrated by their peers.

Annual Vancouver Hillel leadership awards include:
  • The Ben Dayson B’nai Brith Award for Citizenship
  • The Leon Kahn B’nai Brith Award for Israel Advocacy
  • The Irv Epstein B’nai Brith Award for Achievement in Combating Hatred and Defamation
  • The Mordehai and Hana Wosk Leadership Award for Distinction in Israel Programming
  • The Mordehai and Hana Wosk Leadership Award for Distinction in Jewish Programming
  • The Mordehai and Hana Wosk Leadership Award for Distinction in Tzedakah and Tikun Olam
  • The Mordehai and Hana Wosk Leadership Award for Distinction in Service
  • The Mordehai and Hana Wosk Leadership Award for Senior Student Exemplar
  • The Vancouver Hillel Award for Leadership in Philanthropy

Hillel International Student Exemplar Awards
Vancouver Hillel students who have contributed to the Hillel mission in exemplary ways may be nominated for prestigious awards presented by the international body of Hillel: Foundation for Jewish Campus Life.

 

Canadian Federation of Jewish Students

The Charles Bronfman Prize 
The Charles Bronfman Prize celebrates the vision and endeavor of an individual or team under 50 years of age whose humanitarian work has contributed significantly to the betterment of the world.
